Sausage-Cauliflower Spaghetti

Bahan-bahan

  • Garam
  • 12 ounces spaghetti
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for drizzling
  • 12 ounces sausage
  • 6 bawang putih, sliced
  • 1 small head cauliflower, broken into small florets
  • 1 bunch bawang merah, chopped
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Cara-cara nya:

Rebus spaghetti. Reserve 2 cups cooking water, then drain.
Sementara itu, panaskan olive oil dalam kuali dalam api yang sederhana panas. hancurkan sausage kedalam kuali dan masak, tonyoh2 dengan wooden spoon, until lightly browned and no longer pink, 4 to 5 minutes. Kosongkan kawasan di tengah kuali, bubuh bawang putih . goreng hingga kekuningan, 2 3 minit. Bubuh cauliflower dan masak hingga empuk lebih kurang 2 minit. Bubuh 1 cawan air rebusan spaghetti tadi, tutup dengan penutup. Api sederhana besar. Masak hingga cauliflower tu lembut, lebih kurang 8 minit. Buka penutup dan didihkan dengan api yang besar hingga mendidih dalam 2 minit.
Bubuh spaghetti ke dalam kuali bersama bawang merah. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Toss for a minute or two to wilt the scallions and coat the pasta with the sauce, adding up to 1 cup cooking water, if needed, to loosen. Remove from the heat, sprinkle with the cheese and toss. Divide among shallow bowls and drizzle with more olive oil, if desired.
